Pasta ala Olio

Seriously, aku main belasah je masa masak kebenda ni.. mmg setiap kali nak masak pasta aku confuse, nak buat white sauce atau red sauce. At last aku goreng je macam buat Olio Pasta tu..
Let me try to recall the ingredients:
Pasta (tak kisah apa pun- rebus as recommended on the packaging)
Bawang besar dicincang
Bawang putih dicincang jugak
Tomato didadu
Udang
kentang direbus then didadu
oregano
Garam
Sos tiram (atau maybe aku letak sikit kiub pati ayam.. seriously dah tak ingat!)
minyak zaitun
Cara2
tumis bawang besar sampai layu, then masuk bawang putih.. kacau jap
Masuk tomato, biar sampai betul2 layu.
Then masuk udang & sedikit air.. kacau, lepas tu masuk pasta, kentang & oregano, garam, sos tiram/pati ayam.. gaul rata & hidangkan..
Sangat simple.. tapi klu pekena ni sekali-sekala best gak!

Dhill's cooking: Macaroni Marinara dhill's style

I thought i just want to have sandwich for dinner. Bila aku bagitau hubby dia ckp takkan roti je... so aku pun pi le Mydin kat Bkt jelutong masa on d way balik cari mee nak buat mee goreng. Then ternampak lala kat shelves seafood. Buat spaghetti le malam ni..cancel mee goreng. Sampai kat rumah tengok stok spaghetti dah abih.. yg ada just macaroni. Boleh lah...

This time aku buat lain dr yg selalu aku buat. I put more carrot in it..
Bahan2:
1/2 kg lala
3-4 ekor sotong (hiris bulat)
2 bawang putih dicincang
1/2 labu bawang besar di dadu
2 biji cili merah (dipanggang, buang kulit & cincang)
2 biji tomato saiz besar (kelar, celur, rendam air, buang kulit & cincang)
1 biji carrot (diparut halus)
2 sudu teh oregano
sedikit serbuk pati ayam
2 sudu besar cili sos
Air dlm secawan
garam
sedikit cheddar cheese (klu ada parmesan lagi best)
Macaroni lebih kurang 1 cawan (direbus as reccommended on the packaging)
Cara2:
Tumis bawang putih & bawang besar dlm sedikit minyak. Bila dah naik bau masuk cili & tomato. Kacau sampai layu. Masukkan carrot & air separuh. Bila dah didih tutup api. Masuk air yg separuh lagi dlm blender. Then masukkan sos yg separuh masak tu dlm blender. Tujuan masukkan air tu utk elakkan blender rosak sebab sos yg panas tu.. blend sampai hancur. Masukkan balik sos dlm periuk. Masak sampai pekat. Masukkan lala, sotong, serbuk pati ayam, garam, soso cili, oregano. Gaul rata & biar sampai lala & sotong masak. Tutup api. Masukkan cheese. Gaul. Tuang atas macaroni yg dah direbus.

Note: Sos tu tak yah blend pun takpe. Saja je buat camtu nak kasi creamy sikit.
BTW, hubby gave 2 thumbs up for the above. Love the lala in the sauce soooo muchhh!!
