BANGKIT CHEESE

Resepi for bangkit cheese
Tak ingat amik kat mana. first time buat tahun lepas lepas tengok ramai org dok menaang kat umah dorang. Senang n sedap sbb tu this year repeat lagi.  gambar dlm fb. Klu rajin nnt boleh uploaf kat sini.

BAHAN-BAHAN

250g butter
180g icing sugar
2 egyolk
250 g tapioca flour - disangai (tak buat pun sbb malas...hehehe)
225g corn flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt (omitte)
70g cheddar cheese (shredded)
more shredded cheese for garnishing

method

  1. Pukul butter & guka icing.
  2. Masuk telur & gaul sampai sebati.
  3. Masuk dry ingredients & gaul.
  4. canai dan terap guna acuan. Yabur parutan cheese.
  5. Bakar pd suhu 160c utk 15min
