
Yg ni aku pakai pisang restali. Belasah je buat sebenarnya. My mom cucuq pisang is still the best.
My version is as follows:
1 kg pisang restali (mesin pakai blender - no water added)
about 350-400 gm tepung gandum (agak2 je sebenarnya)
1 sudu teh baking powder
Gula & garam - optional (which aku tak tarukpun!)
Cara2- Gaul semua & ready utk digoreng. Mine a bit darker, sengaja sbb nak bagi kering sikit kat dlm.
