Masak2: Bubur nasi aka Moi

Moi for our late lunch on 15/2/2020.
Very simple to cook and yet so yummy!
Ingredients:
Beras
Air
Santan
Lada hitam & jintan manis (ditumbuk)
Karot
Halia
Serai (dititik)
Garam
Serbuk pati bilis (optional)
Daun sup utk ditabur masa menghidang
Masak semua dlm periuk sampai jadi bubur..
Aku mkn dgn bilis goreng bercili & ayam lada hitam (takde dlm gambar)
