I first learnt about this sandwich from Wilma 'the actress' who shared this similar sandwich in URTV long-long time ago. Masa tu dia tengah hangat with Ghazal utk Rabiah. Lepas tu aku tengok Nigella Lawson pun buat similar recipe. The different, Wilma is more healthy.. tak pakai butter or peanut butter. Just pisang, wholemeal bread, nuts & honey. Semuanya sandwichkan dlm roti and mkn macam tu je.
Nigella pulak mash kan pisang tu. Then letak atas roti yg dah disapu peanut butter. Sandwichkan dan bakar atas pan yg dah disapu butter. Aku suka !!!

Sandwich ni paling simple & cepat. Aku guna pisang berangan yg aku beli kat Mydin bukit jelutong masa beli lala for my marinara. Buat ni sementara nak menunggu hubby utki mkn dinner.
