Dorayaki given by Yonezu, the trainee from Japan a few days before he left Malaysia. Dorayaki is a Japanese famous delicacies and this one was made by his wife Akiko.
They are so details siap wrap cantik2 dgn cling wrap & tampal dgn cute bunny sticker on it. Lepas tu ada lak origami. Both dorayaki & origami were put in a small plastic bag with small floral printed on it.. maybe sakura kut.. aku dah lupa sakura macam mana. Malas lak nak surf web cari ;-).
Dorayaki ni sgt sedap.. soft & full of flavour. Bau dia best sgt. The texture is similar to apam balik but lebih halus & gebu, aku rasa tak pakai yis so tak de le berongga cam apam balik. Inti kat tengah adalah pes kacang hitam. Maybe one day 1 shud try making this.
