Dhill's cooking : Cucuq pisang (jemput2)

Aku masak cucuq pisang ni kat Teping masa balik sana during Chinese New Year.
Yg ni aku pakai pisang restali. Belasah je buat sebenarnya. My mom cucuq pisang is still the best.
My version is as follows:
1 kg pisang restali (mesin pakai blender - no water added)
about 350-400 gm tepung gandum (agak2 je sebenarnya)
1 sudu teh baking powder
Gula & garam - optional (which aku tak tarukpun!)
Cara2
- Gaul semua & ready utk digoreng. Mine a bit darker, sengaja sbb nak bagi kering sikit kat dlm.
