k.zu, PERJO tu my hubby yang bagi.. combination of PERAK and JOHOR. It is actually a fusion of johor and perak version of mee rebus. Johor's kuah is a bit thicker, but Perak's not so thick. And i'm using both daging (Johor) and udang (Perak particularly in Taiping) as main ingredients for the Kuah.
Nestum, I tak berani bagi resepi sbb semua main belasah je.. yg specialnya sbb guna rebusan daging & udang.. yg lelain tu rempah tumis biasa je.
