AKU LAPAQ!!!
xtually byk yg aku nak update pasal citer mkn, tp semua gambar ada dlm laptop kat rumah. Bila dah sampai rumah mmg susah nak ber'blog'.. letih nak mengemas lagi.. at last tertidur je.
Lunch tadi aku bawak team auditors makan kat Sup Subang.. ala sup yg famous kat masjid on the way nak ke airport tu.. sejak opis pindah subang kerap jugak aku kat sana. Selain sup (daging, ayam & puyuh), aku suka mkn ikan kembung bakar. Mmg best! Tadi utk 6 org baru RM43 or about RM7.50 sorang. Semua amik sup & ikan bakar sorang satu set.. kira murah le tu. Klu mkn ikan bakar belakang istana aku rasa lagi mahal, itu blm masuk sup tu!
Anyway, aku letih buat kerja sebenarnya. So, merayap le kat 'umah' org yg semua dok tunjuk menu2 yg mengecurkan air liur ku.. terus perut akupun berdendang dgn meriahnya! tolong!!!

Lepas lunch hour aku jumpa doktor. Badan tak sihat.. asyik bersin & mata & hidung berair.. kat rumah aku buat pulak sandwich telur b4 mkn ubat. So hari ni dah 2 egg sandwich aku mkn.

Kenduri kahwin kat Bertam Ulu, Melaka

Kuih Karas
Ini mak ndak aku yg bagi masa pi rumah dia ahad last week.

Mmg best! Rangup.. tak berapa manis. Klu nak beli ni kena hati2 sikit. Bukannya apa, takut terbeli yg dah lama.. yg dah perat. Masti tak best.

Aku copy-paste kat sini..
480g Rice Flour
400g Sugar
560g Hot Water
2 ladles Cooking Oil
Method
Dissolve sugar in hot water. Add hot syrup into Rice Flour gradually to get a smooth, thick batter. Leave at room temperature for 20 - 30 minutes.
Heat oil in frying pan. Pour some batter into a kuih karas mould and move it in a circular motion to form a thin, lacy pancake in the hot oil.
When the colour turns golden brown, fold it into half and let it cool in a plate.
This recipe can prepare 8 - 10 pieces of Kuih Karas (diameter 150mm).
