Made this for tea just now. Sgt best. Sgt lembut n gebu.
250 g flour
1 1/4 teaspoon dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1/2cup warm milk
water roux - cook 1 tablespoon flour in 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup water
dissolve yeast n sugar in warm milk.
add all ingredients in mixing bowl and let the mixer do the kneading work. The dough should be really soft. let it rest for 30 minutes before shape into small ball. let it rest again for 15 - 20 minutes b4 fying. ENJOY!!!
