BANGKIT CHEESE

Resepi for bangkit cheese
Tak ingat amik kat mana. first time buat tahun lepas lepas tengok ramai org dok menaang kat umah dorang. Senang n sedap sbb tu this year repeat lagi.  gambar dlm fb. Klu rajin nnt boleh uploaf kat sini.

BAHAN-BAHAN

250g butter
180g icing sugar
2 egyolk
250 g tapioca flour - disangai (tak buat pun sbb malas...hehehe)
225g corn flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt (omitte)
70g cheddar cheese (shredded)
more shredded cheese for garnishing

method

  1. Pukul butter & guka icing.
  2. Masuk telur & gaul sampai sebati.
  3. Masuk dry ingredients & gaul.
  4. canai dan terap guna acuan. Yabur parutan cheese.
  5. Bakar pd suhu 160c utk 15min

Menu Ramadhan - cucur udang port weld

1 Ramadhan 1433H: Menu 1-Mee rebus udang

Salam Ramadhan. 

It has been a while since my last update. Off coz there're many excuses... tp yg benarnya malas nak bukak blog. Rasa susah nak upload gambar guna mobile blog. susah nak edit. It is easier upload kat fb.

BTW, this was what we had last night to break our fast. Mee rebus udang. Antara menu wajib setiao bulan puasa dari zaman bebudak kat Teping sampailah bila dah kawin. Yg ni sgt simple sbb pakai apa yg ada kar umah.
For kuah i blend udang kering, sikit kacang goreng (optional), kentang (or keledek). 
Bahan tumis lak rempak kari daging, cili kering, bawang merah, bawang putih, halia, buah keras & jintan manis. Then air rebusan kulit udang.
cara2:  tumis bahan tumis yg dah dikisar sampai wangi, masuk campuran udang kering n air udang. Masuk air klu pekat sgt then masuk asam keping 1 & perisakan dgn garam n gula. Dah didih, masuk udang. SIAP!!!!
Kitaorg mkn mee rebus ni dgn kentang rebus , tauhu goreng n cucur udang. YUMMY!

super soft donut



Made this for tea just now. Sgt best. Sgt lembut n gebu.

the recipe:
250 g flour
1 1/4 teaspoon dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 egg
1/2cup warm milk
water roux - cook 1 tablespoon flour in 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup water

method

dissolve yeast n sugar in warm milk.
add all ingredients in mixing bowl and let the mixer do the kneading work. The dough should be really soft. let it rest for 30 minutes before shape into small ball. let it rest again for 15 - 20 minutes b4 fying. ENJOY!!!

nasi lemak dan sambal sotong for brekkie

lamanya x update blog. not that takde apa2 nak update, tapi malas. Nak upload gambar malas, nak login blogger pun malas. Camno?
BTW, we had nasi lemak n sambal sotong for bfast this morning.. actually just me n yan. Yg lain dok berdengkur lagi.

Lama betul tak masak nasi lemak. Sambal sotong pun sama. Masak sendiri baru puas mkn coz it' cook to our taste.
